Hola Amigos del Internet!
Greetings from the newly turned 40-year-old me! Life looks incredible from this milestone, and I wish you all could see life with this same pure and amazing view.
How's it going, folks? How was your week? Getting a bit cozier with Mondays yet?
I'm still obsessed with the energy of Mondays. I know, it's just like any other day, but somehow, I sense a vibe of renewal and fresh beginnings, which aligns perfectly with my new 40s vibe. I'm absolutely stoked for this decade!
How many of you have already hit the fabulous 40s? What's been your experience? Drop your thoughts in the comments below – I'd love to hear your stories.
With the arrival of the 40s, a gentle, crystal-clear calmness has settled in. A breath of fresh, cleaner air.
It's a weightless sensation of being and relishing every moment. And along with it, a new color emerged.
Green.
This new era for me looks and feels green.
Today, while getting ready for dinner with friends, I stumbled upon some earrings, completely in sync with this new era. Check them out, lol:
The Green Era has its own soundtrack, so I'm curating a playlist with this green vibe. Check it out in the list below
The 40s came in a glorious way to me.
The 40s stormed into my life in a glorious way. It's about how I perceive life. Things that might seem simple to others feel like the most wondrous experiences to me.
Now, let's talk breakfast – my ultimate favorite meal of the day! Below, you'll see a mouth-watering breakfast bagel in the pictures. Of course, the photo looks this good (lol not) because I couldn't resist trying out the yummiest 40th birthday breakfast ever. I treated myself to a delicious macchiato from Starbucks and got gifted birthday flowers. I'm a flower lover! I also went for a ride through the tiny town's Christmas lights, had dinner with cherished friends, and spent the weekend snuggled up with hubby and Ophelia, my heart full and fluffy. I had a video call with my family, and well, I could go on about how blessed I feel, but I don't want to craft a 7 million-word blog post.
I also finished “Ostara’s Hiding”
And I love her. Her face, her attitude, her golden aura and of course the blast of green.
Now let's jump into the
To listen: Here's my Green Era playlist. Still a work in progress, but I hope you vibe with it so far.
To wear: Recently snagged this green nail polish from a brand I adore. It dries so fast, I can get my nails done in 60 seconds and keep on painting.
To read: Haven't dived into this book yet, but it's all the buzz on the internet. Picked it up for a friend. If you've read it, let me know your thoughts!
To gift: Found an awesome, adorable strap for my cellphone. It's perfect for walks in the woods or hassle-free grocery shopping when I prefer not to carry a handbag. This strap is gorgeous, handmade, local, and super practical! They've got handbags, notebooks (I have one too – guess the color!), backpacks, wallets. Definitely check them out.
Also, how cool is this wine tumbler for a Christmas exchange? Thoughts?
Love & Sparkles!!!
