Hello from the rainy, cozy town! Surprisingly, I'm sipping on a cup of chamomile tea, not my usual coffee, while writing to you, my dear friends.
So, today's MONDAAAAYYY! Big YAY for me! How are you finding Mondays? Any progress? For me, Mondays feel like a fresh opportunity! It's like a big blank canvas, a chance for a new beginning. I see Monday as a pit stop – a day to recharge, start anew, let go of the past, and open up to a better life. And by that, I mean a better perspective on life itself.
I strongly believe that magic resides there.
The magic lies in the ability to view things with purity, finding beauty, minding your own business without interfering with anyone else's. To me, that's where magic lives. Sure, it might annoy some, but not you. You're busy witnessing and relishing the magic happening around you.
It's actually quite a unique approach to life, don't you think?
~Ah, it feels like fresh air!
Fresh as the weather here!!
As for the weather in my tiny town, it's getting chilly! And I absolutely love it.
Where do you all live? Is it getting cold there too?
I can feel the chill on my face, and I love that sensation, not to mention wearing hats, coats, and cozy clothes!
Winter is on its way, and I couldn't be happier.
Doesn't December feel like a vacation month?
Even though I'm not on vacation mode yet, I've been super busy with work. But you know what? I love it! I'm so passionate about what I do that I hardly feel the need for a vacation.
However, I'm prepping for it. I was going to tell you about the book I bought for the holidays to read and relax, but truth be told, I bought more than one. The only one meant for that cozy holiday purpose is this one. Alongside, I'm diving into three other books between brushstrokes and listening to two on Audible. Let's see how this reading adventure goes!
Do you enjoy reading? What books are you into these days?
I've embarked on a new art project. The technique I’m using is different for me.
I'm being completely honest with myself, exploring beyond my usual boundaries, and allowing myself to delve deeper.
I've thoughtfully picked out the color palette and made this project a holistic endeavor. I'm taking polaroid photos, reading, jotting down notes, allowing myself to have fun, while still treating art as sacred as it is to me.
I've painted the base of the first canvas and started the drawing. This time, it's a very simple sketch instead of my usual detailed one because this project feels different.
It resonates with my new 40-year-old vibe and the Green Era.
So, I'm relishing the freedom to think what I think, feel what I feel, the freedom to let go without guilt, not taking anything personally, and allowing whatever presents itself to just be.
I'm letting myself be guided by grace.
Life can surprise you if you let it.
The other day, I was out running errands, and suddenly the sun decided to show up, which is rare these days here. Ophelia was with me in the car. I'm not particularly fond of sunny days, but she loves them. So, I turned toward the light and parked the car. We strolled along a nearby trail, and it was fantastic! Amidst the errands, it felt like a tiny, cozy oasis – a chance to rest and breathe, to witness nature's wonders. It was a beautiful reminder of the love and peace we can experience whenever we allow ourselves to.
Check out this beautiful spot from our walk:
Oh, please take a closer look at the fourth photo. I thought I was witnessing the start of a new Jurassic Park movie.
Thankfully, curiosity won over, and I found out it's a blue heron. Although it doesn't precisely look like the images on Google... Hmm... perhaps I should investigate more. Any thoughts?
Hopefully, I'll have answers soon.
What I do know now is that my ebook is on sale! yayyy!! For just $5 dollars!
It's a lovely gift for creatives and those seeking more from life, those who sense there's something beyond and need a little guidance, plus it's super practical – no delays on delivery for the Holidays as it's a digital file.
So, go for it. You can buy it here in English and here in the Spanish version.
If you speak both languages, pick whichever, at the end the words came to me in spanglish, so it was edited in both languages by a professional.
Speaking of the holidays, I've crafted two watercolor Christmas Cards: one here and the other here, in case you're seeking inspiration.
Well, Christmas is next weekend!
Let me wish you an amazing time with your loved ones or alone if you're not visiting. I hope you and your loved ones have loads of peace in your hearts. So much peace that you won't have time for criticism or gossip. I wish you all mountains of love, so much love that you'll never feel separated or compelled.
I wish you the most incredible life, filled with blessings and wonders as you journey through this world.
Sending you the purest love. And of course, sparkles.
Happy Holidays!
