The Season of Change

Spring is already here, and with it comes a wave of transformation. I see it in the trees and the flowers blooming around me—the tiny blossoms dotting the landscape, the constant chirping of birds, the gentle sunshine, the return of color to the world.

Everything seems to shift. Even the mood of people changes—lighter, softer, more open.

There are more birds now. More deer, little bugs fluttering through the air. All of them are quiet reminders that we, too, are always changing. And that change is beautiful. Sometimes, it hurts—but I truly believe that change always happens for a higher purpose, even if we can’t fully see it yet.

Maybe that belief isn’t universal truth—but it brings me comfort. It reminds me that everything in this life is in motion. We grow, we age, we learn. What we loved before may not resonate with us anymore. Our priorities shift, our emotions evolve. And just as we change, others do too.

That’s why I don’t believe we are ever truly entitled to judge someone for their changes. We never really know what’s happening behind the filtered versions of people we see on social media or in passing moments.

All seasons are beautiful. All changes serve a purpose.

It’s okay to be in full bloom—and it’s okay to feel like bare branches. If we struggle to love change at first, we can always look up at the sky and find inspiration in the ever-shifting clouds, the phases of the moon, the rhythm of the stars. We can look around at the trees, the seasons, and remember:

All is well.

All is being taken care of.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
— Anaïs Nin

Wishing you a peaceful, vibrant start to this new month.

Happy first Monday of April.

Love & Sparkles,

  1. To listen: I love the cello. Love it so much. And while writing this blog post I’ve listening to this beautiful music. Hope you like it.

  2. To try: Have fun with no plans. Dear friends invited us to look for Northern Lights, without a plan or schedule. It was a long shot, but we said yes. We didn’t see the lights this time, buy we enjoy the snacks, the night, looking at the stars, we saw 2 shooting stars, we laugh and sang, we had the best time.

  3. To do: Let’s have a self promotion moment and join my watercolor class! We will meditate, learn about the cosmos and create galaxies, planets and constellations!
