What a journey this year has been!
Every twist, turn, and quiet moment has brought lessons, growth, and beauty into our lives. As we close this chapter, let’s take a moment to thank 2024 for all it gave us—its gifts, challenges, and all the ways it shaped us.
I’m incredibly grateful for you—yes, you, my Monday Club family. Every week, your presence, your comments, and your thoughts fill this space with connection and magic. Thank you for making this little corner of the internet a sanctuary of creativity and kindness.
Now, let’s look forward. 2025 awaits, brimming with endless possibilities, hope, and wonder. Let’s walk into the new year with hearts open wide, ready to embrace all the miracles and adventures ahead. This is our time to dream big, love deeply, and live fully.

Apps: Day One, Journey, or Five Minute Journal.
Gadgets: A digital pen and tablet like the iPad with Apple Pencil for creative journaling. Or a notebook and a pen, like me!
For Hydration:
Apps: WaterMinder or Plant Nanny to track water intake.
Gadget: Smart water bottles like HidrateSpark that track your hydration levels. Or a simple water bottle that you love! (like me lol, nothing fancy but one that makes me smile)
For Mindful Meditation
Apps: Headspace, Balance, Calm, or Insight Timer.

For Exercise & Movement
Apps: Nike Training Club, Strava, or the one I’m using right now
Gadget: Fitness trackers like Fitbit or Apple Watch to monitor activity levels.
For Prioritizing Sleep
Apps: Sleep Cycle or Pillow for sleep tracking. (I don’t track my sleep but those are pretty well rated)
Gadget: Sunrise alarm clocks like Hatch Restore for gentle wake-ups.
For Learning & Personal Growth
Apps: MasterClass, Duolingo (I’m doing great learning German btw), or Audible for audiobooks (my 2024 obsession and it looks 2025 will be the same lol)
Gadget: Kindle for reading or a Rocketbook for reusable notes.
For Digital Detox
Apps: Forest or Moment to reduce phone use.
Gadget: A digital timer like TimeFlip to track screen-free activities.
