Gratitude is the Attitude

Hola Amigos del Internet!!
How are you all?
Did you already start rocking the 2024?

I bet you are doing your best, and for that I honor you, I am proud of you and I think you are awesome.

I’m doing my best myself and I love to see how the less we try to control the most the magic we allow to happen in our life.

These days I’ve been very focus on my work and new project and suddenly new opportunities were presented to me in an effortless, magical, simple, smooth way. And I can remember other moments in my life when this has happened. Of course I forget sometimes and then the effort comes, although life keeps being enjoyable there are moments where the control makes it feel unnecessarily hard.

So being one pointed focus, enjoying this moment without trying to control or make our will and allowing life to come to us, makes a whole difference, makes life alive.

And talking about aliveness, I’m writing this blog from my couch in front of the fire place because we are in the middle of a snowstorm. It looks beautiful and the same time we have precautions and take care of each other and our friends.

Snow causes a great inner joy for me, I feel my heart smiles, like I can truly feel the smile inside and gratitude is inevitable.

It is great to find things you are grateful for. It helps a lot when you are in the middle of a storm. A snowstorm, a “mind storm” or a “heart storm”.

There’s something about gratitude that changes everything and turns it into a happy place.

It doesn’t need no be poetry or something deep, it can be as simple as being grateful because “the snow allowed me to have a cozy time with my family” or be grateful for the warm socks I’m wearing,

In the studio of life, we often find ourselves lost in the details, absorbed in the intricacies of daily routines. But what if we step back, widen our perspective, and appreciate the masterpiece in progress? Gratitude, my fellow artists, is the gentle reminder to zoom out and marvel at the entirety of our canvas.

As a painter and monk navigating the brushstrokes of modern life, I've discovered that gratitude is the palette knife that blends the colors of joy, resilience, and connection. It's the magical solvent that dissolves the shadows, leaving behind a canvas illuminated by the radiant glow of appreciation.

So, lets ride this Monday together my friends!!

With a great attitude!
Be grateful forward, in that way when the future moment comes, it will show gratitude to you too.

Love & Sparkles,

Ishani
