Life Lessons from Wildflowers

Hola Amigos del Internet!!!
I hope you guys feel amazing and your loved ones too!

As we talked in our little Monday Channel Monday Blog is shorter. Please let me know if you like it this way better. I’m always grateful for you and your feedback.

WILDFLOWERS . Since we moved to Oregon I haven’t stopped admiring the beauty. It’s amazing how many wonders one can find by paying attention. Because now, when I get back to my hometowns I pay attention too and it’s like beauty knows you are watching and shows you its best.

In that observation I re-discovered Wildflowers.
And here is a short list of some lessons I’ve learned about this beauties

  1. Resilience and Adaptability
Wildflowers often thrive in challenging environments and adapt to various conditions. This teaches us the importance of resilience and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

  2. Beauty in Simplicity
Wildflowers are simple yet beautiful. They remind us to appreciate the simple things in life and find beauty in the everyday.

  3. Patience and Timing
Wildflowers bloom at their own pace and time, teaching us the value of patience and trusting in the natural progression of events.

  4. Living in the Present
Wildflowers bloom where they are planted and live fully in the present moment. This reminds us to focus on the here and now, making the most of our current situation.

  5. Ephemeral Nature
Wildflowers often have short lifespans, reminding us of the transient nature of life and the importance of cherishing each moment.

  1. To drink: I know I sometimes forget to drink water, I don’t forget about drinking coffee, no, I forget about water. So I tried this recipe to make a natural homemade electrolyte. I like it, try it if you want: 2 cups of water, 1/2 cup of lemon/lime juice, 1/4 tsp of real salt and 2 tsps of honey. Cheers! Happy hydration!

  2. To read: I started reading Ikigai. Ikigai it's the Japanese word for ‘a reason to live’ or ‘a reason to jump out of bed in the morning’. It starts very obviously and then it gets more and more magical, it has interesting facts, and as everything I like to read, it’s full of inspiration.

  3. To listen: I usually don’t listen to music. It’s not that I don’t like music, I just don’t do it (sorry Nike lol). But this is one of my favorite songs of all times. I can play it on repeat forever. Hope you like it!
