🏅 This Medal Is for You, Too 🏅

Hola amigos from the internet!

This weekend, I ran a 5K race with my hubby. Now, let me be honest—I wasn’t as trained as I wanted to be. My knees protested every step of the way (even with my trusty glucosamine), and yet, this race was never about speed or endurance. It was something else entirely.

It was a milestone. A celebration.

Not just of crossing a finish line, but of every invisible finish line I’ve crossed before this one. The ones no one sees, but we all have—

💛 The work challenges I’ve overcome.

💛 The body changes I’ve accepted.

💛 The friendships I’ve let go of with love.

💛 The family lessons I’ve embraced.

Halfway through the race, my hubby looked at me, smiled, and said, “I’m so proud of you.”

And in that moment, I realized something powerful:

đź’« We should believe the people who love us more than we believe our own doubts. đź’«

Good people—those who love us unconditionally—are mirrors reflecting our own beauty, strength, and resilience. Yet, so often, we trust our self-judgments more than their kindness. But what if we saw ourselves the way they do? What if we believed them?

So today, this medal isn’t just mine.

✨ This medal is for YOU, too. ✨

✨ This medal is for YOU, too. ✨

💛 For every step you’ve taken, even when it was hard.

💛 For every morning you got out of bed, even when you didn’t feel like it.

đź’› For all the work you put into your job, your home, your relationships.

💛 For the healing hugs you’ve given.

💛 For the meals you’ve prepared.

💛 For the people you’ve made smile.

💛 For the kind words you’ve spoken from your heart.

đź’› For all the battles you fight in silence.

đź’› For simply being here. For keeping on.

🏅 This medal is for your beautiful existence. 🏅

You are doing so much better than you think. And I hope—just for today—you believe in yourself the way those who love you do.

Love & Sparkles,

Ishani ✨

This week, you are the keeper of the treasures. ✨
Pay attention… to yourself.
đź’› Take a moment to pause, to truly see, and discover all the wonders that live within you.

Be willing to explore the treasures inside you—the strength, the kindness, the magic that is uniquely yours. And when you find them (because you will!), let me know in the comments or send me an email.

You are more extraordinary than you realize. đź’«
